1. Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 15 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
- Items purchased during major sales clearly marked as “non-returnable”
- Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized items (e.g., special print on request)
3. How to Return a Product
- Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us. We will provide instructions on how to return the current item and place a new order.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue. We will arrange a free return or replacement.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
- Bulgaria: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
Note: Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Carriers
We work with reliable shipping carriers such as:
- Speedy, Econt (for Bulgaria)
- DHL, UPS, Bulgarian Posts, etc. (for international shipping)
Customers may choose their preferred courier if the option is available during checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
Bulgaria:
- Free shipping on orders over 100 BGN
- Fixed fee: 6.40 BGN for Econt office delivery
- Fixed fee: 5.40 BGN for Speedy office delivery
- Fixed fee: 7.40 BGN for home delivery
EU & International:
- Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.
6. Undelivered or Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to customer’s failure to collect it, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Gymgator Clothing is not responsible for lost packages caused by courier companies but will assist whenever possible.
7. Damaged Products During Delivery
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
