Gymgator clothing is a fashion brand created with a focus on quality, sustainability, and urban style. We offer carefully curated clothing designed to be worn with confidence and comfort.
Where are your products manufactured?
All items are manufactured in Bulgaria, using carefully selected materials and responsible manufacturing practices.
How can I place an order?
Easy! Choose a product, choose a size, add to cart and follow the steps to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery to Bulgaria usually takes 3–5 business days. International orders arrive within 5–15 business days. We ship by courier and you will receive a tracking number.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the product?
You have 14 days to return or exchange a product. Just write to us and we will assist you. The product must be in its original condition, with tags.

We deliver with the courier company Econt, both in Bulgaria and internationally.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
💸 How much does delivery cost?
Free shipping on orders over 100 BGN.
Below this amount – fixed fee from Econt: 6.40 BGN.
Speedy: 5.40 BGN.
To address: 7.50 BGN.
Calculated at order completion based on country and weight of shipment
📦 Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can check the status of your shipment at any time.
📅 What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
The courier will contact you to schedule a re-delivery or to specify a convenient time. If you do not contact the courier within a few days, the shipment will be returned to us.
🔁 Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is only available for deliveries in Bulgaria. You pay directly to the courier in cash or by card, depending on the terms of the courier company.

Yes! If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

🔁 Can I exchange a size or model?
Yes, we offer a one-time free size exchange for orders in Bulgaria. Just contact us and we will arrange everything.

💳 When will I get my money back?
Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will refund the amount to the same payment method within 14 business days.
🚚 Who bears the return costs?
1. return: Costs are at the customer's expense (unless it is a defective/wrong product)
2. exchange: The first size exchange in Bulgaria is free of charge
❌ Are there any products that are not returnable?
Yes – we do not accept returns of items with impaired hygiene or personalized products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The T-shirt is made of 100% certified cotton, soft and pleasant to the touch.
How is the model doing?
The cut is oversized - not too loose, not too tight. If you prefer a regular fit look, take one size smaller.
Is it suitable for men and women?
Yes, the model is unisex and fits both men and women. Please check the size chart for exact measurements.
